How do I cancel my DroneMobile subscription?

  • Yearly Plans
    • DroneMobile 1-year, 2-year, and 3-year plans are non-renewing, meaning that at the end of your current term, your subscription will automatically expire. Thus, you will not be automatically billed at the end of your subscription. There is no action required to prevent any further billing.
    • If you would like to completely terminate your vehicle or if you are selling the vehicle, please read the article: How do I delete my DroneMobile vehicle from my account?
    • To avoid any re-activation fees, please make sure to renew your subscription by logging into your account BEFORE your subscription reaches expiration.
    • DroneMobile subscriptions are nonrefundable nor transferrable. If you are purchasing a new vehicle and installing a new DroneMobile system, please Customer Support to have any service remaining on an older vehicle transferred to the new vehicle.
  • Monthly Plans
    • To cancel your monthly auto-renewal for DroneMobile, log in to DroneMobile account.
    • Click “Subscriptions” and select the vehicle that you’d like to cancel.
    • Underneath “Change Plan”, click the text link that says “Cancel Plan”. Confirm your cancellation.
    • Cancelling your monthly plan will set your subscription to expire at the end of your current term. You will not be billed any further.
